Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
To supervise and coordinate the maintenance team for ensuring proper operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of all building, mechanical, and electrical systems within the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance activities (AC, plumbing, electrical, civil, etc.). Assign tasks to technicians and monitor their performance. Ensure all maintenance works are completed on time and as per safety standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports. Handle emergency breakdowns and coordinate necessary repairs. Communicate with clients and management regarding maintenance issues. Maintain proper records of materials, tools, and spare parts. Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Support preventive maintenance schedules and planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Minimum
3-5 years
of UAE/Gulf experience in maintenance supervision (building, facility, or construction projects preferred). Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Good communication in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage). Ability to lead a team of technicians effectively. Problem-solving and time management skills.Job Type: Full-time
