Job Description
Urgently Required Maintenance Supervisor
To ensure efficient and effective completion of all maintenance work to agreed standards including:
Ensuring breakdown work is promptly and effectively completed. Allocate planned preventative, corrective, or design work to maintenance workers or subcontractors to ensure the most efficient utilization of resources. Execute "hands-on" work as part of the team
Job Requirement
Desirable Work Experience 2-5 years maintenance experience in the Building maintenance/ Construction Industry Core Competencies Developing and leading an effective team Planning, organizing, and managing resources Perform to agreed work standards. Initiating prompt action in relation to customer request Recognize and act in relation to opportunities to prevent breakdowns and improve UAE Driving License is preferable.
