Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Specialized in Oil Field Equipment's)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Maintenance Supervisor

(specialized in Oil Field Equipment's )with a strong background in

mechanical maintenance

to oversee, manage, and coordinate the maintenance activities for our oil and gas equipment's. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical systems and equipment, leading a team of maintenance technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of mechanical maintenance technicians, ensuring high levels of performance and safety. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime and reduce downtime. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for skill development and training.

Maintenance Planning & Execution:

Plan and oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment including pumps, compressors, valves, and other machinery critical to oil and gas operations. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize production disruptions. Review and approve maintenance work orders, ensuring timely execution and quality of work.

Equipment & Inventory Management:

Oversee the management and maintenance of spare parts and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels. Work with procurement to order necessary equipment and materials. Conduct inspections and audits of machinery and equipment to assess wear, damage, and the need for replacement or repair.

Troubleshooting & Technical Expertise:

Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide innovative solutions to mechanical problems.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs. Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance, equipment condition, and cost tracking.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. A technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance specialized in the Oilfield equipment's Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pumps, compressors, , valves, and other mechanical equipment used in oil and gas operations.
