Job Description

Maintenance Duties:



Conduct routine checks on electrical, plumbing, inside the apartment.

Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing bulbs, and repairing furniture.

Monitor and report major maintenance issues to the management.

Assist in arranging furniture and equipment when required.

Ensure safety protocols are followed while performing maintenance tasks.

Requirements:



Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance roles preferred.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.

Skills:



Knowledge of English language Ability to work independently and remain motivated.

Experience:



2- years experience

Visa, Health insurance and Accommodation will be provided by the company



Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED 2,000.00
