Perform detailed electromechanical condition assessments for rotating and static equipment.
Conduct vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, and mechanical diagnostics to identify faults and failure modes.
Prepare technical reports, including rehabilitation options, root cause analysis (RCA), and maintenance strategies.
Recommend corrective and preventive maintenance actions based on condition assessment findings.
Support reliability improvement initiatives and asset life extension programs.
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to plan and implement recommended actions.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to inspections, test results, and recommendations.
Requirements:
Minimum
10 years of experience
in electromechanical condition assessment.
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or equivalent.
Proven expertise in:
Vibration analysis
Thermography
Oil analysis
Mechanical diagnostics
Strong background in preparing rehabilitation options, RCA, and maintenance strategies.

Category II or III

Level II
Oil Analysis -
MLA II (Level II)
