Job Description

Hiring Maintenance Planner

Duration:- 6 months ext

duty hrs:- 10 hrs + 1 hrs break/ 5 days working

Location:- Education city

Requirement

Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar maintenance role

Excellent computer skills

, with advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, reporting)

Strong experience using CMMS

(Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to analyze maintenance data and generate accurate reports and KPIs Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices - preferred with maintenance experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Basic knowledge of inventory and spare parts management is an advantage Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision Support maintenance team by preparing work orders (printing/scanning) and closing them in the system Any other administrative duties, as required
