As part of its development, UIR is recruiting a maintenance officer for teaching buildings. The role of the person in charge of the maintenance of the teaching buildings is to ensure the proper functioning of the UIR's technical assets by ensuring the technical follow-up of maintenance contracts, punctual servicing and maintenance services relating to non-contracted equipment, energy monitoring as well as the monitoring of refurbishment works Mission 1- Ensure the proper functioning and availability of the UIR's technical assets (equipment & infrastructure): . Update all UIR equipment and determine the equipment under maintenance contract and those falling under one-off service and maintenance services; . Implement a preventive maintenance schedule for equipment outside of maintenance contracts; . Manage orders for one-off maintenance services; . Establish a report on the status of non-contract equipment and maintenance operations carried out; . Participate in the equipment purchasing process; . Management of the stock of spare parts; . Tooling management; . Ensure the archiving, monitoring and updating of technical documentation (Plans, technical sheets...) . Ensure the proper functioning and optimal use of the BMS 2- Guarantee optimal management of maintenance contracts: . Participate in the process of deploying maintenance contracts (preparation of specifications and calls for tenders, participation in the technical tendering committee, etc.); . Monitor the execution of the various contracts and organize periodic follow-up meetings with service providers; . Participate in the implementation of monitoring indicators and dashboards to manage contracts; . Validate orders, deliveries and installation of spare parts; . Provide technical support for the maintenance of the university city 3 - Optimize the management of energy consumption (water and electricity): . Monitor all energy and water consumption of all substations on campus on the basis of meter readings, bills and BMS readings (buildings, service providers, outdoor spaces, etc.) . Make a monthly analysis of these consumptions and propose an action plan for their optimization . Carry out consumption optimization projects . Ensure the proper functioning of the BMS plants to optimize the operating time slots of the equipment. Profile Versatile technical training of Bac+5 in the technical professions of the Building Industry (Fluids, Electricity, etc.) with a minimum of 8 years' experience in the field of multi-technical services (preferably in Facility Management) Personal Qualities: -Analytical Mind-Good
