Job Description

MAINTENANCE MANAGER - key responsibilities area:

- Oversee the execution of maintenance contracts ensuring that maintenance schedules and service-level agreements (SLAs) are met. Preparing proposal for new Jobs in a timely manner, conducting consistent follow-ups to secure the job.

- Schedule and coordinate routine inspections and preventive maintenance for models, ensuring they are preserved in optimal condition.

- Liaise with clients regarding maintenance requirements, ensuring that services align with the terms of the maintenance contracts. Successful maintenance assignments (Zero complaints phone calls or emails).

- Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and correspondence with clients. Provide regular reports to management on model conditions, maintenance status, and any concerns.

- Ensure that all maintenance and repairs meet company and client standards for quality, aesthetics, and functionality of architectural models.

- Address any client complaints or issues related to maintenance services, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.

- Keep up-to-date with trends in model making, materials, and preservation techniques to ensure the best possible maintenance service is provided.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and in alignment with client expectations. Assign maintenance tasks to team members according to skill sets and availability, ensuring efficient and effective completion. Regularly monitor and assess the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
