Maintenance Manager
Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the recreational club, including buildings, grounds, pools, fitness equipment, and other facilities. This role ensures all areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained to deliver a high-quality experience for members and guests.
Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
Conduct regular inspections of club facilities including pools, gyms, locker rooms, courts, HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, codes, and environmental standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
Manage the maintenance budget, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies, or safety concerns.
Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, and general repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
