The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing maintenance strategies, managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, and ensuring maximum equipment uptime to support efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage all
preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
activities for plant equipment and facilities.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, and mechanics, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize
downtime
and ensure
uninterrupted production

Develop and manage the
maintenance budget
, ensuring cost-effective operations and procurement of parts and materials.
Maintain and update records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and environmental (HSE)
regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize machinery performance and plant efficiency.
Manage relationships with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers.
Recommend and implement
continuous improvement initiatives

Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
5-8 years
of experience in a maintenance role within a
manufacturing or industrial setting
