To direct and control all the Maintenance activities covered in the contract in an effective manner to meet its objectives. To control all activities of maintenance, Installations, commissioning, testing of equipment / system. The activities include a wide range of equipment/system associated with different disciplines such as HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Civil. To establish and maintain the manpower, formulate and develop the necessary maintenance processes that will enhance client satisfaction. To integrate multi-discipline, inter-department, project and contractor activity to facilitate a high degree of availability and reliability of the facilities and to ensure that the services provided to all the centres are in line with their commitments. To take full responsibility for the overall safety, availability and reliability of the facilities on account of works covered in the contract and active involvement from team members to meet the business.
