Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and manage a team of gardeners and maintenance supervisors.
Oversee maintenance and landscaping projects across residential and commercial properties.
Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures to ensure optimal performance and visual appeal.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and effective resource utilization.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
Provide training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum of
5 years' experience
in a maintenance management role, preferably within landscaping or facilities management in theUAE
. Demonstrated experience managing teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, landscaping techniques, and maintenance procedures. Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Proficiency inMS Office
and maintenance management software. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Job Type: Full-time
