Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Design, plan, and oversee construction projects including roads, buildings, and infrastructure.
Prepare and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other engineers for effective project execution.
Monitor project progress, costs, and quality to ensure timely completion.
Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions on-site.
Assist in procurement of materials and ensure proper usage and quality compliance.
Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for management and clients.
Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Support junior engineers and site staff with guidance and training as required.
