Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Team Management:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across all assigned properties. Strong knowledge in MEP and HVAC maintenance for F&B. Lead, supervise, and manage a team of technicians and maintenance staff. Plan, coordinate, and delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of maintenance activities. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all maintenance tasks comply with company and safety standards. Optimize team scheduling for preventive and reactive maintenance.

Client & Property Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding maintenance services. Ensure prompt response to client requests and complaints, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Monitor service contracts and ensure all maintenance work meets contractual obligations. Provide regular updates and reports on maintenance activities to senior management.

Technical & Compliance:

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance on maintenance solutions. Monitor and control maintenance costs, budgets, and material procurement.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain records of all maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and inspection checklists. Prepare monthly performance reports on maintenance operations and team productivity. Recommend improvements in processes, efficiency, and equipment performance.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management in a reputable UAE company. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance for F&B (mandatory) and residential. Proven experience in team leadership and operational management. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions. Proficiency in MS Office, CMMS software, and maintenance tracking systems.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Management (preferred). Professional certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Facility Management (a plus). Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).

Other Requirements:

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for the maintenance team.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
