Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of gardeners and maintenance supervisors.
Oversee the maintenance and landscaping projects for both residential and commercial properties.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and aesthetics.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective project completion.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 yrs of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in landscaping or facilities management in UAE.
