Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Essentials: ? At least 3-5 years' experience in the UAE ? Prior experience as maintenance manager, repair manager or in a related role (MEP) ? Must have strong personality and can handle staff coordination ? Experience in dealing budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance work. ? Understanding of legal safety regulations within the industry. ? Have the ability to communicate well to the staff, and can decide on his own. ? Liaising with vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing, etc. ? Ability to lead all maintenance team and repaired-related activities in the company. ? Ability to increase the income of the company and meet the target ? Must have computer skills, knowledge in reporting. Nationality: Any Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid) Employment Visa with at least 1 month notice, or any one can join as soon as possible. Passport should be valid for more than 6 months. Driving License: preferred driving license Location: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai.
