Maintenance Manager - Commercial Refrigeration
Dubai or Jeddah
Must be ARABIC speaker.
Salary: 15,000 AED/SAR + STI
This is for a multinational company that specializes in commercial and industrial refrigeration.
Experience should be as follows:
5-7 years of hands-on experience as a refrigeration technician
3-5 years in a leadership/supervisory role
Strong technical understanding (mechanical, electrical, controls)
Team management and customer service skills
This person will lead the team of Supervisors & technicians and ensure service quality across our operations. They must be technically strong, especially in commercial/industrial refrigeration, and able to lead and guide a team in the field.
Knowledge and skills in:
Commercial/Industrial Refrigeration Systems
- Mechanical, Electrical & Control Systems
- Diagnostic Tools Proficiency
- Field Team Supervision
- Safety and Regulatory Compliance
- SAP or relevant service management systems (preferred)
