e are seeking an experienced

Maintenance Manager

with a strong background in

Civil Maintenance

and working knowledge of

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

systems. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of all civil infrastructure, buildings, and related services across our facilities, while coordinating with MEP teams to ensure full operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and execute all civil maintenance activities including structural repairs, waterproofing, masonry, concrete, painting, finishes, external cladding, facade systems, structural repairs, waterproofing, concrete, and finishing works. Manage and support day-to-day maintenance of MEP systems in coordination with the technical teams. Lead and develop a team of civil and MEP technicians to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are adhered to. Inspect facilities regularly to identify civil issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for outsourced maintenance services and project works. Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and project reports. Implement energy-efficient and cost-effective maintenance strategies. Ensure health and safety practices are followed in all maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of

8-10 years' experience

in facility or building maintenance, with a

strong emphasis on civil works

. Strong background in Civil Maintenance Working knowledge of MEP systems Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and compliance in facility maintenance.
