Job Summary: Looking for a Maintenance Foreman in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Plan, oversee and coordinate daily maintenance operations through ensuring that all tasks are conducted to satisfaction
Oversee workers to obtain top quality workmanship, efficiency, employee morale as well as satisfaction
Maintain records of all major activities
Generate and maintain site activity records on a regular basis
Make sure proper safety procedures are followed at all times
Follow up on site operations and respond to issues on a daily basis
Identify and communicate to the manager any priority issues
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant should hold an Engineering background with strong knowledge of electrical as well as hydraulic systems and any other MEP works
Must have more than 5 years of related working experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing works, painting works as well as carpentry works
Must be able to read drawings, plans as well as blueprints
Should be able to repair and resolve the Ac issues including AC leakage, HVAC problems etc
Good knowledge of construction procedures, equipment as well as safety guidelines
Ability to communicate well at all times
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
The suitable candidate must be aged between 30 and 40 years of age
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Should be able to join immediately
