Maintenance Engineer - Landscape
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise landscape maintenance activities across assigned sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess health of plants, turf, and irrigation systems.
- Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and gardeners to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance of irrigation systems, pumps, and other landscape equipment.
- Identify plant diseases, pest issues, and propose appropriate treatments.
- Ensure proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, and maintenance tools.
- Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment required for ongoing maintenance.
- Prepare site reports, maintenance logs, and update records regularly.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve maintenance-related concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and landscaping practices
- Ability to read landscape drawings and maintenance schedules
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiar with HSE practices and local municipality standards
