Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.

Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.

Maintaining all machinery to ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s at working standards.

Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.

Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.

Ensure a proper preventive maintenance schedule e.g before summer starts ACs should be well maintained.

Ensure proper safety measures implemented.

Ensure documents for contractors, services, warranties etc are available & filed for all properties in U.A.E or any other locations, as advised from time to time.

Keeping track of all AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contract) such as ACs, Fire Fighting equipment, lift etc, suchthat prior to expiry visits are arranged, savings done by negotiations.

Handle all daily complaints/emergencies.

All jobs done with as much low cost/cost cutting as is practically possible.

Keep all properties well maintained so that life of properties increases.

Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.

Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.

Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.

16

Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

17

Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
