Monitor repair progress and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Manage relationships with vendors and service centers.
Track maintenance costs, approvals, and warranty claims.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in automotive maintenance coordination or fleet services.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and maintenance procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments effectively.
