Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Assign tasks to technicians and follow up on job completion
Receive and process maintenance requests and work orders
Maintain records of maintenance activities, materials, and equipment
Prepare daily/weekly reports and update Project Manager.
Prepare Maintenance reports on time and arrange submission to client.
Prepare Invoices as per mentioned in the Agreement
Ensure all operations comply with company policies and safety standards
Communicate with clients regarding service updates and appointments
Monitor material stock levels and arrange purchases when required
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
1-2 years' experience in maintenance coordination or similar role
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of maintenance operations (MEP/HVAC/Firefighting preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
