We are looking for an electrical diploma fresher to join our apprenticeship program in maintenance department.
In this apprenticeship program you will receive on the job training to carry out the below listed Maintenance Department activities.
You will receive training and on-the-job learning when assisting the Maintenance Team Personnel to carry out the below listed activities.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Diploma Electrical / Electronics, Preferred Elective Subject \xe2\x80\x94 Circuit Theory
Minimum Experience: Fresher, no experience required.
Behavioral Competencies: Teamwork and communication, Self-motivated. Proper coordination with the team and team leaders.
Benefits: A structured training program with a promise of being hired at the end of 12-24 months upon successfully achieving the apprenticeship milestones.

- TRUMPF Laser / Punching / Bending Machine Maintenance \xe2\x80\x94 CNC maintenance.
- PLC Based systems, VFDs, C02 / Stud welding Machines.
- Powder Paint Plant, Shot Blast
- Working With maintenance Team to perform all departmental related activities on day-to-day basis Projects \xe2\x80\x94 Continuous improvements, Modifications.
You will receive training and on-the-job learning when assisting the Maintenance Team Personnel to carry out the below listed activities.
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of machinery & equipment
- Routine Maintenance. Report Generation
- Service records keeping
- Continuous Improvement and Cost Saving Activities involvement
- H&S and Environmental related work implementation
- Spare Pats identification and listing
- Meeting the departmental KPls
- Safety Compliance at work place
