We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Mainland Business Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE's mainland company formation process, government procedures, and relevant legal frameworks. You will be responsible for assisting clients in setting up their businesses, advising on license types, coordinating with government departments, and providing end-to-end business consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult clients on mainland company formation in UAE (LLC, sole establishment, civil companies, etc.) Guide clients on business activities, trade license options, and legal structures Coordinate with government departments (DED, Dubai Municipality, Immigration, MOHRE, etc.) Prepare and submit documentation for trade license applications, amendments, renewals, and cancellations Advise clients on PRO services and visa processing Stay updated on UAE laws, rules, and regulations related to business setup Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service satisfaction Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in

mainland company formation / UAE business setup

Strong knowledge of

DED

procedures and UAE labor/immigration rules Excellent communication skills in

Hindi

and

English

(Arabic is a plus) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills UAE Driving License is an advantage Well-organized and able to handle multiple clients
