Candidate should be locally available in Qatar with Valid QID and NOC
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a staff mess, industrial catering, labor camp, or institutional kitchen.
Proven experience in managing kitchen staff, stock control, and food costing.
Ability to lead under pressure and manage large-scale cooking efficiently.
Understanding of cost-saving techniques, portion control, and bulk cooking
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
