Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the editorial team to create high-quality content for print and digital platforms.
- Oversee the entire publishing process, from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and photographers to deliver compelling articles and features.
- Ensure content meets editorial standards and including proofreading, fact-checking resonates with our diverse audience.
- Driving the content strategy across the magazine and brand extensions across platforms; web, social, events etc.
- Enhance the digital presence through various online channels, including its website, social media channels, on-ground events and podcasts.
- Manage tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects with efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with media trends and audience preferences.
- Conduct interviews with renowned designers, artists, and industry professionals.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure the brand's commercial success.
- Proven experience in editing for print and digital publications, with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that captivate our readers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box, offering fresh and innovative ideas.
- Graduate in Journalism or related course.
- Minimum of 5 years\' relevant professional work experience.
