About the Program

The MADA National Graduate Programme (NGP) is your launchpad to an impactful career. Designed exclusively for UAE Nationals, this 18-month journey is built to empower, challenge, and shape you into a future leader.

In Phase 1, you will explore the business through three tailored 3-month rotations, giving you multi-dimensional exposure and practical insights. In Phase 2, you'll dive deeper into a final 9-month strategic assignment, gaining leadership experience, solving real-world challenges, and driving meaningful impact.

You'll be mentored, supported, and surrounded by people who believe in your potential -- because we know the next generation of leaders is already among us.

Focus Area: Strategy

This track will immerse you in the heart of strategic decision-making and business transformation. Through rotations in Intelligence, Strategy & Due Diligence, and Growth & Business Development, you will gain exposure to data-driven insight generation, long-term planning, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. You'll learn how to analyze competitive landscapes, evaluate new opportunities, and drive key business initiatives that shape the future of the Group.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Academic background in Business Administration or Strategy Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills Curiosity for market trends, business models, and growth levers Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights Passion for innovation, impact, and business transformation
