About the Program

The MADA National Graduate Programme (NGP) is your launchpad to an impactful career. Designed exclusively for UAE Nationals, this 18-month journey is built to empower, challenge, and shape you into a future leader.

In Phase 1, you will explore the business through three tailored 3-month rotations, giving you multi-dimensional exposure and practical insights. In Phase 2, you'll dive deeper into a final 9-month strategic assignment, gaining leadership experience, solving real-world challenges, and driving meaningful impact.

You'll be mentored, supported, and surrounded by people who believe in your potential -- because we know the next generation of leaders is already among us.

Focus Area: Government Affairs

This track will immerse you in the critical world of external relations, legal coordination, and government partnerships. Through rotations in Retail Property Development - Legal & Government, Strategic Relations, and Government Affairs, you will develop a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and the strategic role of government in shaping business operations. This track prepares you to navigate complex environments, advocate with purpose, and contribute to national and organizational priorities.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Academic background in Administration (Government Affairs) or related fields Strong communication and relationship-building skills Awareness of regulatory environments and national priorities Ability to navigate sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism Interest in public-private partnerships and national development initiatives
