Job Description

The Role

Operate various machine equipment including Lathe Machine, Milling Machine, and Radial Drilling Machine o Determine appropriate cutting speeds and feed rates based on the material type (ferrous & non-ferrous metals) o Read and interpret blueprint engineering drawings accurately o Maintain tight dimensional tolerances and machining accuracy o Use precision measuring tools like Vernier Caliper, Inside & Outside Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Telescopic Gauges, and Height Gauges o Ensure timely completion of machining tasks with a focus on quality and accuracy o Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimum performance

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating lathe, milling, and drilling machines o Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills o Proficient in gas cutting and handling fabrication machinery o Ability to take accurate field measurements o Understanding of fabrication tolerances and alignment o Physical fitness and ability to work in workshop/site conditions
