Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing sector (API 6A)

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate
CNC and conventional machines
(lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, etc.).
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Perform machining operations to achieve required tolerances and surface finishes.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Ensure machines are properly maintained and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
Follow safety and quality standards in line with
API 6A and company QHSE policies
.
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to meet production schedules and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in
Machining / Mechanical Engineering
or related field.
Strong knowledge of machining tools, materials, and cutting parameters.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
