Summary

This job is a Senior Machinist . Duties are subject to change as the assigned mentor sees
fit. The duties laid out below is intended to provide the necessary skills to be a technical
Machinist or to be a mechanical lead in the shop in the future.
The selected candidate must conform to all safety and quality requirements and comply with all
current policies. This candidate is expected to go above and beyond and lead by example.

Essential Responsibilities
Capable to fix the fixtures and components. Capable to select CNC programs and run CNC machine. Capable to select the correct tools. Capable to use Vernier caliper & Hight gage to measure the components. Follow 5S (Sort, stabilize, shine, standardize, sustain) Lean Principles, safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Diploma or Technical college degree or equivalent 5 to 10-year experience in CNC machine vertical or horizontal (haas+ Fono).
Desired Characteristics
Ability to read and interpret part drawings and process prints. Work closely with or without Supervisors
