Position: Machinery Supervisor - TBM

As part of our tunnel boring and underground infrastructure projects, we are looking for an experienced

Machinery Supervisor

to ensure the maintenance, operation, and supervision of equipment within our delegation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment (TBM EPB, compressors, pumps, gantry cranes, ventilation, refrigeration). Supervise operators and coordinate field teams. Manage spare parts and consumables inventory and monitor equipment usage. Read and interpret technical manuals, plans, and electrical/hydraulic diagrams. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, as well as maintenance protocols. Communicate effectively with engineers, suppliers, and clients, and optimize costs and productivity.

Required Profile:

Technical education in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Hydraulic, or equivalent. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance and operation in the mining or tunneling sector. Knowledge of industrial safety standards and confined-space working protocols. Proficiency in maintenance management software and technical reporting. Ability to troubleshoot under pressure, organize, and plan efficiently. Willingness to travel and work long hours if necessary.
