Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible
Machine Operator
to operate and maintain production machines in ourLAN cable and control cable manufacturing unit
. The candidate will ensure efficient machine performance, maintain product quality, and support the production team in achieving daily targets.Key Responsibilities:
Operate cable manufacturing machines such as extrusion, bunching, twisting, coiling, machines. Set up machines according to product specifications and production schedules. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and output. Conduct in-process inspections to ensure cables meet technical standards and specifications. Assist in the preparation of raw materials and loading/unloading of wire reels. Maintain daily production logs and report any breakdowns or quality issues to the supervisor. Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure smooth operation. Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work area. Support the production team in meeting daily and monthly production targets. Handle fluke testing and cable measurement checks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
