Machine Operator
Job Description
. Operate and monitor machines according to SOPs. . Follow all safety rules and use PPE. . Perform quality checks and report any issues immediately. . Complete production and quality reports accurately. . Adjust machine parameters within limits and troubleshoot minor issues. . Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic maintenance. . Apply 5S standards and keep the work area organized. . Handle materials and support efficient production flow. . Execute machine changeovers correctly and on time. . Provide clear handover between shifts. . Meet daily production targets and minimize downtime. Skills :- Machines : Battenfield Extruder, Plasmec Mixer System Amut Extruder Materials : PVC/ CPVC/ PPR Sizes: 1/2 Inch, 8 Inch Experience :- 1-4 Years
