Job description:



1. Perform Sterile manufacturing Process (not limited) :



Sterilization Of Materials and tools for Aseptic filling Process

Aseptic Filtration

Support in Filter integrity Process

Aseptic Cleaning Activities


2. Perform Manufacturing Related activities (not limited to):



Receiving Material

Disinfectant preparation

Dispensing Activities


3. Perform Documented related activities (not limited to)



Document in process & cleaning logbook

Document manufacturing process in BMR

Perform Reconciliation and yield calculation activities


4. Reporting incidents whether impacting Safety, Quality or Productivity



5. Support Team leader in Process improvement



6. Work with Team to achieve daily and monthly supply plan



7. Operating Sterilization and Cleaning machines , Like Autoclave , Ovens. Tunnels ...etc



8. Operating CPM systems and Other EM monitoring Equipment



9. Support in Sterilization Qualification process



10. Perform in Dry fog Process by operating Dry fog equipment



11. Participating in Aseptic Process simulation Process as per Local procedure



Qualifications:


Technical Diploma with Minimum 6 Years experience in Aseptic area, preferred Lyophilization process Deep Knowledge in Manufacturing process with understanding for area classification and each area requirement Deep Knowledge in GMP and Related topics Understanding in Autoclave and sterilization equipment Qualification Understand Aseptic behavior in Class A area Understanding Process of APS and Related activities Basic understanding of Microbiology Understanding for ALCOA+ principle and related Data integrity aspects Understanding of EHS requirement Continuous improvement mindset Good English language and Computer skills Non-Negotiable Commitment to GMP and Aseptic Compliance
