JOB PURPOSE:
To perform the production task like
Operating Laser and Welding machines. Physical handling of components and products Check quality of material processed on laser machines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Should be able to process components as per requirements.
Able to read and understand Drawings.
Once the part is completed it should be properly identified and transfer to next station.
Achieving daily/weekly production and efficiency targets.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: -
ITI or certification course in mechanical/machine operator
(1 or 2 years).Minimum Experience:
2 to 5 years of experience as machine operator in manufacturing or fabrication industry.
Job-Specific Skills:
Basic knowledge of fabrication of steel components.
Behavioural Competencies:
Must know to communicate in English, with basic computer knowledge.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required / instructed in order to maintain and / or improve the efficiency, quality and service provided by the company.
Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of information relating to the company's business and staff.
