We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Machine Operator

to join our

Fertilizer Production Factory

in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.

This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of production processes, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor fertilizer production machines to ensure smooth, continuous operation. Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and consistency. Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on equipment. Record production data, including output, downtime, and maintenance activities. Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions in coordination with the maintenance team. Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in the factory. Handle raw materials and finished goods as per quality standards. Keep work areas clean and organized to support a safe working environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or fertilizer production environment. Technical diploma or equivalent qualification preferred. Familiarity with mixing, granulation, packaging, or blending machines used in fertilizer or chemical industries. Basic knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and equipment handling. Strong awareness of safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. Physically fit and able to work in a shift-based environment. Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
