We are currently seeking a

Machine Operator

to join our

Reagent Production team

at the DAFZA Factory. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes in line with GMP and ISO 13485 standards.

Perform troubleshooting on production equipment as required.

Assist in making adjustments or mechanical repairs to production equipment.

Responsible for replenishing supplies required for assigned area.

Performs record keeping duties as required under the direction of management.

Work in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and/or Protocols.

Dismantle, clean, sanitize and assemble manufacturing equipment according to established procedures to ensure GMP compliance and meet department changeover targets in support of department and productivity goals.

Operate computerized control panel/Human Machine Interface (HMI) to monitor the process.

Effectively process batches within specifications to meet department batch execution targets by ensuring optimal run rates in support of schedule adherence.

Safely operate all required equipment and machinery including those used to manufacture, store, clean and transport production related assets

Visually inspects equipment at periodic intervals to detect malfunction, need for repair, adjustment, or lubrication (Cleans and sanitizes process equipment as required).

To get involved in works related to product storage and delivery.

Be aware of the device defects which may occur from the improper performance of the job.

Perform task assigned by production manager based on GMP/Factory requirement.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Technical Certificate in

Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

(or related field).

2-3 years' experience

as a Machine Operator, preferably within a

GMP-regulated

or

medical reagent / pharmaceutical

production environment. Strong understanding of

production equipment, process controls, and quality systems

. Ability to follow instructions, technical documentation, and safety procedures accurately. Good command of

English (spoken and written)

; additional languages are an asset. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
