Job Description

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking skilled and dedicated Machine Operators to join our team. Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Adjust machine settings, speeds, and feeds as necessary to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment, to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make minor repairs or adjustments as needed. Load and unload materials and products onto and from machines, conveyors, and pallets. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets and deadlines.
