As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking skilled and dedicated Machine Operators to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
Adjust machine settings, speeds, and feeds as necessary to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment, to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make minor repairs or adjustments as needed
Load and unload materials and products onto and from machines, conveyors, and pallets
Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets and deadlines
Complete production logs, reports, and documentation accurately and legibly
Adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify process improvements and implement best practices

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and instructions
Knowledge of machine operation principles, including speed, feed, and tooling requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and precision
Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
