Machine Operator
Job Description
Responsible for startup and shut down procedure.
Monitor the process parameters throughout shift and filled in the data sheet.
Troubleshoot of QC defects as per instructions.
Inspect the visual quality of finished products and report to the supervisor.
De-flash of the plastic parts to proper dimensions.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
Perform assembly of products
Perform general maintenance to machines and equipment as directed by supervisor.
Prepare DPR and submit to supervisor
Record all the shift activities to the next shift operator.
Monitor the machine setting before start up.
Inspect if any maintenance required in the machine and auxiliaries.
Involve in Daily meeting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR1,800.00 per month
