Machine Operator

Job Description
We "Al Alamia vet. Medicine Manufacturer" Locating in Al Ain city looking to hire a machine operator where we are looking for long term stable job in friendly and family oriented in a modern high-end facility. The machine operator Must be excellent in English writing and speaking, and excellent in computer skills.
- Responsibilities for Machine Operator:_
- Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and machinery
- Set up machinery for operation.
- Start machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance.
- Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions.
- Calibrate the machine before production begins.
- Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines and transfer the finished products.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance.
- Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
- Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area before and after production.
- Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
- Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
- Qualifications for Machine Operator.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience.( Better in Food or pharmaceutical manufacturer)
- Good understanding of production procedures and best practices.
- Attention to detail. and Must be detail-oriented.
- Understanding of production and plant processes.
- Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary).
- Salary Package including all the following:
- UAE residency visa, MOHRE labor contract, Abu Dhabi labor card, work permit.
- Salary: 1200-1500 Dhs.
- On-site Shared Accommodation.
- Transportation. (If required).
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- English (Preferred)
