Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration:

+ Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
+ Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance policies (e.g., DLP, Conditional Access, MFA).
+ Monitor service health, troubleshoot issues, and manage incident response for M365 services.

Azure Infrastructure Management:

+ Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and secure Azure environments.
+ Manage virtual networks, VMs, Azure AD, storage accounts, Azure Firewall, and VPN/ExpressRoute connectivity.

Networking:

+ Configure and troubleshoot virtual networking components, including NSGs, UDRs, Load Balancers, and Application Gateways.
+ Optimize network performance and ensure secure connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
+ Perform network traffic analysis and help enforce secure network architectures.

Security & Compliance:

+ Design and enforce security best practices in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
+ Manage Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, and Sentinel for threat detection and response.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with a strong focus on Microsoft cloud technologies. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Strong experience with Azure networking, identity, and access management. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals * Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
