Company Overview:

Smart Touch Telecommunication Equipment LLC, a sister company of Sunrise Oasis Lighting LLC, specializes in advanced telecommunication, low voltage (LV), and audio-visual (AV) solutions. The company is committed to delivering high-quality installations and services to meet the needs of both corporate and residential clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and commission LV & AV systems such as lighting control panels, audio-visual equipment, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems. Perform routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of LV and AV systems. Support project teams in wiring, cabling, termination, and system integration. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during installation and servicing. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers to meet deadlines. Prepare basic reports on system status, faults, and completed works. Provide technical support to clients and internal teams as required. Drive company vehicles to project sites when required.
Requirements:

Diploma/ITI certification in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an LV & AV Technician, preferably in the lighting or construction industry. Knowledge of wiring, cabling, and termination for LV and AV systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Preferred Skills:

Experience with lighting control systems (e.g., DALI, KNX, DMX). Hands-on experience with AV systems (projectors, displays, speakers, control systems). Familiarity with CCTV, fire alarm, and access control systems. UAE/GCC work experience will be an added advantage.
