We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Senior Mechanic

to lead and support our technical team in providing top-tier service for luxury cars. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with high-end vehicles, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to lead diagnostic and repair efforts on complex automotive systems.

As a Senior Mechanic at Morya Luxury Cars, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of luxury and high-performance vehicles. You will also mentor junior mechanics, ensuring that all tasks are completed with precision and in line with our high standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead Mechanical Repairs:

Perform complex repairs and diagnostics on luxury vehicles, including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, electrical systems, and advanced vehicle technologies.

Mentor and Train Staff:

Provide guidance, training, and leadership to junior mechanics and apprentices to ensure high-quality service standards.

Vehicle Diagnostics:

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify issues and provide solutions.

Preventive Maintenance:

Conduct thorough inspections and routine maintenance, ensuring all vehicles meet manufacturer standards and safety requirements.

Customer Service:

Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's issues, repairs, and recommended maintenance in a clear and professional manner.

Quality Control:

Ensure all repairs and services meet Morya Luxury Cars' high standards and industry best practices.

Stay Updated:

Continuously update skills and knowledge regarding the latest luxury vehicle technologies, trends, and diagnostic techniques.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the service manager and other team members to maintain efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic, with a significant portion working on luxury or high-performance vehicles.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of advanced automotive systems, including diagnostics, electrical systems, engine management, and luxury vehicle components.

Certifications:

ASE certification (Automotive Service Excellence) or equivalent preferred. Additional manufacturer-specific certifications (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc.) are a plus.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues under tight deadlines.

Team Leadership:

Prior experience in a supervisory or senior mechanic role, with the ability to lead a team and share expertise.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both customers and staff.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous and thorough in work, ensuring the highest standards of service and accuracy.
