Full The Baroque Group of Companies is recruiting for Luxury Travel Manager responsible for a team of Luxury Travel Advisors, coaching and leading them to achieve targets, grow margins and deliver the exceptional customer service that we are known for. You will work closely with your fellow colleagues to share best practice, promote synergies and deliver agreed service levels. As a Luxury Travel Manager you will work with the Luxury Travel Team to identify and develop sales & future opportunities for growth, feedback on pricing, competitor activity and barriers to sale and drive an increased focus on Net Promoter Score. To be considered for this role, you need to be a great communicator, alongside coaching and mentoring skills to be able to develop your team to achieve their targets for the daily operational management of the Travel Division, sales targets and developments, staffing requirements and manning schedule. Additionally, the selected career aspirant will ensure the overseeing of the provision of professional travel advice and service as well as offer a good range of competitive travel products such as bespoke itinerary packages or tailor-made trips to meet the demands of the clientele. Job Responsibilities As a Luxury Travel Manager, your job role is to:

  • Direct the operation of the company's travel services
  • Prepare and provides sales reports to the Senior Management
  • Work closely with the Company Operations Head to brainstorm and implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business strategies and future trends
  • Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the Luxury Travel operations
  • Motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability
  • Meet regularly with the Travel Team to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work
  • Meet company officers who advise on strategy and find out about any local issues and raise resolutions on how to best address them
  • Promote and market the business to new or niche markets
  • Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records
  • Sell travel products and tour packages (tailor-made trips)
  • Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism
  • Deliver and exceed branch performance and productivity
  • To gather information on issues and amenities of interest to clienteles
  • Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules
  • Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection and retention of staff as well as staff training
  • Organize incentives, bonus schemes and competitions
  • Deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.

Job Requirements:
  • At least 6 to 8 total years of experience as a Travel Manager in hospitality, travel, and tourism.
  • At least 3 to 5 total years of supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in Saber GDS
  • Expert knowledge in Salesforce CRM system
  • Expert knowledge in commercial flight booking
  • Capable of managing a demanding workload with a strong sense of urgency and flexibility to change as needed
  • Has full knowledge of handling VIPs and arranging itineraries
  • Must be a project-oriented team leader, organized with strong attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable assisting with a wide variety of travel arrangements with various orientations and profiles
  • Must possess an acute thought process and the ability to anticipate
  • Impeccable listening skills and a strong desire to learn
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly professional with good judgment, an eye for detail and is willing to take initiative
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of people right from the Senior Management, company officers to staff level

  • Proficient in MAC IOS and G-Suit
  • Flexibility in work schedule
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Luxury Travel field: 6 years (Required)
  • Leisure travel: 6 years (Required)
