We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven

Social Media Marketer

to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and strengthening our brand's online community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals. Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions) for all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Manage community engagement--responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Schedule and maintain a consistent posting calendar. Support influencer partnerships, collaborations, and brand campaigns. Prepare monthly performance reports and present results to management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content management. Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer). Strong understanding of digital analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and trends. Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience with paid ad campaigns and performance tracking. Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.). Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
