Job Description

We are currently seeking two dynamic and experienced Luxury Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in luxury sales, with a focus on high-end electronic products. As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with HNIs and UHNIs, identifying their needs, and offering tailored electronic solutions to meet their requirements.Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain a robust database of HNIs and UHNIs within the GCC, CIS, and Asia Pacific regions, with a particular focus on individuals within the real estate and exotic car industries.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry associations, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients\' preferences, requirements, and budgetary considerations.
  • Present and demonstrate high-end electronic products to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and advice to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to secure sales and maximize profitability.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure the timely delivery of products and exceptional customer support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by the company.
Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably within the electronics or related industries.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of contacts within the luxury market, particularly among HNIs and UHNIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Candidates of European descent are preferred.
  • Must possess a valid visa for the duration of the probation period (first three months).
