Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced and ambitious

Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultants

to join our team. This is a

commission-based with 2-months pocket money role

ideal for sales-driven professionals with a deep understanding of the UAE's luxury property market and a hunger to earn without limits.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent PSI in the sale of high-end residential and investment properties Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients Stay up to date with market trends, property laws, and area developments Deliver a premium client experience that aligns with the PSI brand Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment (plus) Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven Fluency in English and Arabic RERA or similar real estate certification (preferred but not mandatory)
